Grate one or slice it into thin slivers and use just before your dish is ready, or before serving.  Best served with veal, chicken, fish, eggs, pasts, rice and cheeses. The special preservation system ensures that the quality and  freshness of the truffle will remain preserved, thus providing it with a long shelf life.
