Mora is a gentle Istrian merlot that has small admixtures of cabernet franc. It comes from Western Istria from the position of Buje. This wine is macerated and fermented for two weeks and then aged for about 18 months in French oak barrels. Mora is a superb fresh and lively wine, of moderate structure, very drinkable. In gastronomy, we recommend it with meat dishes and tender sauces.
