Matošević malvasia Alba 0,75l

Alba is the base wine of one of the most important Istrian winemakers, Mr. Ivica Matošević. It comes from Western Istria, position of Buje region and it’s a blend of several Matošević vineyards. This Malvasia is produced in stainless steel, without maceration. Medium structure wine, fresh on taste with fruity aromas on the nose, minerality, light retro taste of bitter almonds. Alba, although it comes from the basic line of Matošević's wines, has a longer shelf life. When aged in a bottle, floral and herbal notes come to the fore. This wine is certainly indispensable for various festivities and receptions. In gastronomy it is recommended with white meat dishes, with ‘Istrian fuži’, fish or with oysters from Lim channel.
