Matošević Grimalda white 0,75l

Grimalda white is a three varieties blend wine – Chardonnay (50), Istrian Malvasia (25) and Sauvignon Blanc (25) from Grimalda position in Central Istrian wine region. Wine is complex due to low yields of grapes per vine. Wine is produced without maceration by fermentation and ageing for 12 months in French oak barrels (allier/troncais). After ageing in barrels, additional time in stainless steel vats and in bottle is required. Grimalda is white wine with pronounced minerality, terroir and long finish in taste. In gastronomy this wine can easily follow even complex cuisine based on light meet or fish then with white sauce dishes or famous Istrian truffles.
