Macerator 2015 0,75l Galić

Macerator Galić is a premium orange wine from Kutjevo vineyards, made of variety Riesling. Process of maceration and fermentation takes place in egg-shape tanks made of concrete and lasts for 19 days, without sulphur or any oenological fining agents. Ages for 48 months in oak barrels on fine lees (sur lie). This wine features a lovely amber colour, elegant structure, exotic scent and delicious, intense taste with pronounced tannins. On the nose it provides notes of orange peel, dry apricots and toasted almonds, while the palate is characterized by fruit and floral aromas of quince and linden flower as well as remarkably long aftertaste. Pairing suggestions: cured meat with spices like kulen, well seasoned meat dishes, specialties with truffles. Alcohol: 12,5%
