Luna Millesime 2015, Blanc de Blancs, Extra Brut Domaine Koquelicot

Luna is extra brut sparkling wine from vineyards of Eastern and Western Istria. It is produced with a classical method, from chardonnay, using only hand-harvested, picked grapes from best locations. Matures for 12 months in oak barrels. It is sophisticated and fresh, with delicate bubbles, intensive minerality, long finish, with distinctive notes of fresh fruit and buttery components. Awarded with bronze medal at Decanter 2017. Pairing suggestions: oysters, caviar, creamy desserts. Alcohol: 12,5%
