Epicuria Chardonnay 2017 Domaine Koquelicot

Epicuria is a macerated white wine from vineyards of Eastern and Western Istria, made of the variety chardonnay. After maceration, it ages for 10 months in French burgundy oak barrrels. It is characterized by medium body, with distinctive notes of ripe apple on the nose and in the mouth, followed by a hint of vanilla. Awarded with bronze medal at Decanter 2018. Pairing suggestiong: grilled scampi, Istrian cheese. Alcohol: 13,6%
