Nono 4 terre is a macerated white wine from Kutjevo vineyards, made of the selected grapes from vineyards positioned on 4 types of istrian soil: red, black, grey and white. Maceration and fermentation are done in inox tanks, in controlled conditions for 8 months. Ages for 30 months in acacia barrels. This wine is characterized by full body, oily texture, elegant tannins and pleasant, fresh finish. The bouquet is very complex, with aromas of aromatic herbs, ripe summer stone fruits, quince and carrob, followed by floral components and notes of annis, tobacco, cinnamon and hay. It pairs well with lobster, scampi, white fish, baked veal and venison. Alcohol: 13,5%
