Rubi Rosé 0,75l Trapan

Rubi Rosé is a dry rose wine from vineyards of Western Istria. It is a blend made of varieties Teran 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 10%, Merlot 10%, Syrah 10%. Produced from ecologically cultivated grapes with a method of controlled fermentation 'sur lie' and 'batonage'. Ages in bottles between 45-60 days. This wine features a lively and intensive pink colour, it is complex, rich on tannins and aromas. Dominant Teran provides the nice freshness, raspberry fruitiness and flowery violet notes, followed by notes of cherry, red grapefruit and a hint of pepper. Pairing suggestions: marinated blue fish, anchovies, roastfeef salad or serve as aperitif. Alcohol: 12%
