Malvazija Ponente 0,75l Trapan

Malvazija Ponente is a dry white wine from vineyards of Western Istria, produced from variety Istrian Malvasia in Trapan vinery, from ecologically cultivated grapes. It is produced with controlled fermentation, aged in bottles from 45-60 days. This wine is fresh, crisp, drinkable, medium bodied, with distinctive fruit aromas of citrus and green apple, with aromas of Istrian meadow flowers, followed by notes of almonds and mineral component. Pairing suggestions: fish, clams alla buzara, chicken risotto with zucchini, veal steak. Alcohol: 13%
