Kabola RE Brut is organic sparkling wine from vineyards of western Istria, made of variety Istrian Malvasia. Created by Familiy Markežić, which has more than a century long tradition in wine production, going back to 1891. This wine is produced by using classic method of fermentation in bottles. It features a lovely greenish-yellow colour, with bouquet defined by notes of peach and pear, with aroma of freshness from lemon peel, followed by scent of freshly-baked croissant. In the aftertaste, the apricot notes are prevailant. Pairing suggestions: Raw oysters, raw scampi. Alcohol: 12,5%
