Malvazija Bomarchese 2018 0,75l Degrassi

Malvasia Bomarchese 2018 is a dry white wine from vineyards of Western Istria, position Bomarchese, which is located on the hills of Buje. After fermentation, wine is matured on fine lees in stainless steel barrels until spring, when it's bottled. It is characterized by a nice straw yellow colour, it is well balanced and fruity, with exceptional mineral notes that provide smoothness. It is fresh, complex and mineral on the nose, with scents of white flowers and apple, followed by notes of vineyard peach, white pepper and spice herbs. The taste is mineral-rich, with aromas of ripe fruits, apple and citrus, and with elegant bitterness in the finish. Best served with white fish and seafood. Alcohol: 13%
