Purchase info
Making a purchase at the Uje webshop is very simple, and you only need three steps to complete your order:
1. Browse the Uje.hr webshop and add the desired products to your shopping cart.
You can browse the offer of our webshop in several ways. On the left side of the homepage of our webshop, you can find various filters that can help you find what you need much faster. For example, if you wish to browse the offer of sweet delicacies, select the category “Sweet delicacies” in the menu on the left, and all dessert products will be shown to you on the right side. If you wish to additionally narrow your search, select one of the subcategories ( e.g. “Biscuits”), one of our brands (e.g. “Aroma Mediterranea”) or use the filter at the bottom of the menu where you can define your desired price range.
You can also browse our shop with the search bar located in the top left corner of the page. Simply enter what you are looking for (e.g. “cakes”), and all such items from our range will be displayed. When you find what you are looking for, click on the product to see a more detailed description of it. Then, add the product to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add to cart“ button. The content of your shopping card will be updated automatically, and a notification will be displayed in the upper right corner. After this, you can continue selecting more delicacies from Uje’s rich offer, and you can access your shopping cart at any moment by clicking the icon in the upper left corner of the header.
2. Reviewing your shopping cart and selecting a payment method
On the page review shopping cart, you can change the amount of products that you have ordered or, in case you are not happy with your selection, remove certain products by clicking the icon on the right side. If you have a discount code, enter it in the appropriate place. The total price of your order, excluding delivery costs, will be displayed at the bottom of the cart. This sum will be charged in the next step, and the amount will depend on your location. Delivery within Croatia is free of charge for orders above HRK 350 and it will take 2 to 3 days. Click the button “Confirm order”, and this will take you to the next page where you will need to supply your personal information and select a payment method.
3. Payment and delivery
You can pay for your order from the Uje.hr webshop by pay on delivery, general payment slip, or with a credit or debit card ( Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Mastercard, Diners, American Express).
a) pay on delivery
Pay on delivery, i.e. payment upon receipt of the parcel, can be made only in cash. In this case, payment is made to the delivery worker upon the delivery of the parcel to your home address. If you are not able to receive the package at this address at the moment of delivery, the delivery worker will leave you an attempted delivery note. Pay on delivery is available for orders delivered within the Republic of Croatia with a total value of up to HRK 2000.00.
b) payment with a general payment slip
If you opt for payment with a general payment slip, a provisional invoice with all the information that you need to make payment, including the account number where you should make payment for your order, will be sent to your e-mail address after you complete the purchasing process. You can pay for your order via online banking or in whichever way you usually pay your bills – at the bank, post office etc. After we receive your payment, we will commence with processing your order. As the date of the creation of the order and the date of authorisation of payment may be different, the delivery date could be moved forward.
c) payment by credit card or debit card
At the secure page of T-Com Pay Way, select the type of credit or debit card you will be paying with and enter the requested information. All card transactions at the Uje.hr web shop are executed through the T-Com Pay Way system and are protected with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption, an MD5 algorithm and ISO 8583 protocol, which vouch for the safety and protection of your personal information.
Regardless of whether which payment method you have selected, an e-mail confirming your order will arrive at the e-mail address that you have previously entered. As soon as your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a notification via e-mail that will contain a tracking code with which you can find out the current location of your parcel at any moment. On the day of delivery, the delivery service will send you a text message to the mobile phone number that you provided in the order form. The message will contain a notification on the expected delivery time and the parcel number of the delivery.
