Kabola Malvazija

Kabola Malvasia is a dry organic wine form vineyards of western Istria, made of indigenous variety Istrian Malvasia. Created by Familiy Markežić, which has more than a century long tradition in wine production, going back to 1891. This wine features greenish-yellow colour, the bouquet opens with acacia flower, followed by scents of lime peel, fresh apple and mint leaves, with flavourful peach notes at the end. It is well balanced with a medium body and pleasant minerality. Pairing suggestions: Istrian prosciutto, scampi risotto, pasta with truffles. Alcohol: 13%
