Bibich PS is a dry white wine from vineyards of Skradin, made of Pinot Gris variety. It is obtained with cold fermentation process and aged in inox tanks. This wine is complex, full-bodied and well rounded, and at the same time very fresh and elegant. The bouquet is defined by pleasant fruity aromas, it opens with notes of pear, followed by notes of stone fruits, with hint of spices. Suggestions for serving: with fish and seafood. Alcohol: 14%
